The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the British Columbia Choral Federation (“BCCF”) will take place via Zoom on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 9:00am Pacific Time.

All current individual BCCF members are welcome to attend. Each current member choir may appoint one voting representative (for example, their president or choir director), who does not need to hold an individual membership themselves.

Members are asked to RSVP in advance. Membership status will be verified prior to the meeting, and confirmed attendees will receive the AGM agenda and Zoom link.

The meeting will include the presentation of reports, election of directors, and consideration of the following special business:

SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS

1. Choir and Institutional Membership Fee Increase

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the annual Choir Membership fee be increased from $75 to $95 per annum effective for the 2026 membership renewal period and that the annual Institution Membership fee be increased from $100 to $125 per annum effective for the 2026 membership renewal period.

2. Annual CPI Indexing for Choir and Institution Memberships

BE IT RESOLVED THAT beginning in 2027, annual Choir Membership and Institution Membership fees shall be subject to an automatic annual increase indexed to the Canadian Consumer Price Index (CPI), as determined by Statistics Canada.
