Submit a Choral Event

We are happy to help promote our member choirs’ events (concerts, workshops and fundraisers) through this searchable listing.

Here are some housekeeping rules that will help your event get approved more expeditiously:

  • Each calendar entry submission must be associated with a single start time. (For an event that repeats, such as a matinée concert followed later that day by an identical evening program, each event needs its own entry. Writing “2pm & 8pm” in the “Time” field will cause the event not to display correctly in the calendar.)
  • Fundraisers must be a singular physical event (date/time) that people can attend in person or watch online, i.e. a benefit concert, gala dinner, karaoke night, car wash, etc. (Sorry, no seasonal campaigns that span a multi-week sales window such as bulb sales, raffles, chocolate fundraisers. Those are campaigns, not events.)

In addition to current BCCF membership, all Choral Events Calendar submissions require an account/password on our site for security reasons. Before filling out this form, please click the yellow “Member Login” box at the top left corner of the header and verify that you are still logged in from your last session. (Or create an account if you are using our website for the first time.) If you are no longer logged in and require a password reset, click “Lost Password.” Please make note of your (new) password for your next session. If you’ve never used this form before, submitting it for the first time will automatically create an account for you.
