CHORAL CANADA’S ‘PLANNING FOR YOUR CHOIR’ DOCUMENT
Choirs across British Columba and indeed the globe are looking forward to the day we can all sing together again. At the present time in British Columbia, we remain compliant with the ban on group gatherings put forward by the Provincial Health Officer which is in effect at this time. Conditions and guidelines change daily as more is known, so perhaps we can use this time to consider what the relaunch of our choral activities will look like in the near future. The below Planning for Your Choir document has been provided by Canada’s provincial choral organizations and the national choral organization as a tool for those choirs looking to resume in the coming months. Before proceeding, choirs must consider their own unique circumstances.  The BC Choral Federation shares this document as information only; it is not a recommendation to relaunch at this time.
