Pacific Voices is growing — and we are excited to announce that we are hiring a Manager of Internal Communications and Member Experience.

This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for ensuring that every singer, family, volunteer, and staff member experiences Pacific Voices as cohesive, welcoming, and exceptionally well-coordinated. From rehearsals and events to tours and major programs, this role helps bring clarity, consistency, and operational excellence to everything we do.

Working closely with our Executive and Artistic Director, the Manager will lead internal communications, oversee member services and volunteer coordination, maintain systems and documentation, supervise the Administrative Assistant, and continuously strengthen the internal structures that support our growing choir family.
