The Island Consort Chamber Choir is a auditioned community chamber choir in Nanaimo, BC that first appeared in concert in late April 2007. Our repertoire is varied and loosely “classical”, which includes sacred and secular music of the Renaissance and Baroque periods as well as subsequent material through to Contemporary music.

For the upcoming concert season we have openings for Tenors and Basses, as well as one for an Alto.  We rehearse Monday evenings from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at St. Paul's Anglican Church in Nanaimo. For more choir information please see our website www.islandconsort.ca
