Gala Concert Tickets

Q: How can my friend and family get tickets for the Sunday concert performance.

A: Here is the information about how to get tickets for the Sunday May 13^th (Mother’s Day) World Chorfest 2018 concert at 3pm in Fraserview Mennonite Brethren Church located at 11295 Mellis Dr. in Richmond. We are selling the concert tickets for $10.00. These can be purchased at the door or people can call 604-240-0383 to have tickets be reserved for them.

Wouldn’t it be great to sing to a packed house? If you are in a Lower Mainland choir please help us promote this great event.

Concert Dress

Q: What should I wear for the Sunday concert performance?

A: Most singers wear their choir’s performance outfit. If you are not a member of a choir or your choir uniform is unsuitable, please wear dressy black tops and bottoms.

Concert Folders

Q: Do we use music folders for the concert?

A: Please use a black concert folder or black binder. If you do not have one, or want a newer one, they will be available for purchase at the registration and rehearsal venue the Sheraton Airport Hotel on Friday night May 11^th and again at the rehearsal venue, Fraserview Mennonite Church on Saturday May 12^th until the end of our lunch break (1:30pm).

Pre-Chorfest Rehearsals

Q: Will there be any rehearsals between now and May 11?

A: There are no plans for any earlier rehearsals so you are encouraged to download the music files from the BCCF website and follow the prompts to access these files. The registrar has sent out the password needed to access this resource…. Forgotten the password? Please email the registrar and we will be happy to resend.
